Service Agreement

Our services include packing, moving, transportation, and storage solutions. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to our pricing, timelines, and operational procedures.

Booking & Cancellation

• ↠ Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• ↠ Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service may incur charges.
• ↠ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Liability & Insurance

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, we recommend opting for insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items. Your Gati Packers and Movers is not liable for damage due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or accidents.

Customer Responsibilities

• ↠ Ensure all items are properly declared before moving.
• ↠ Valuable items such as jewelry or cash should be carried personally.
• ↠ Be present or have an authorized person available at both pickup and drop-off locations.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made as per the agreed terms before the service begins. We accept online transfers, UPI, and cash payments. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before final delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

Your Gati Packers and Movers shall not be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, strikes, or government restrictions.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us for resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page.
